We are a danish family who are owners of a dream house in Greece which will be sold as a house lottery in the forthcoming months. The House is situated in Porto Rafti on the Avlaki beach, which is 30 kilometer from Athens center and 12 kilometer from Athens airport, so very easy to reach no matter if you already are based in Athens or you arrive by plane from abroad.
The house can be used as a holiday house or as a normal house. The dream house has a 700 m2 big garden, a 12 x 6 m big swimming pool and a full seaview from all windows in the house towards the Aegean Sea. This house was for several years our dream house and we were happily living in it until end of 2009, but due to a new job we moved from Greece and the wellknown Greek financial crisis is now forcing us to use alternative ways to sell our house and to get the real value of it back.
Therefore we have now decided to arrange or create a house lottery as soon as possibile, which means we are right now preparing all the legal and practical issues related to this house lottery. This is a way via our house lottery, that you for a little money can be the lucky winner and following owner of this dream house in sunny Greece.
